Mobile’s Green Manifesto
This manifesto sets out how the mobile industry plans to lower its greenhouse gas emissions per connection, and demonstrates the key role that mobile communications can play in lowering emissions in other sectors and industries. It also makes specific policy recommendations for governments and the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen
Developed with the support of The Climate Group and Irbaris, the Green Manifesto shows that, with the right public policies in place, mobile can make a major contribution to the fight against global warming.
